Our Mission
Our mission is to help the world achieve greater well being, while being kind to our fragile planet. For a decade, we have been making high-quality, online yoga instruction accessible to everyone. Since founding our Yoga Studio in 2018, we’ve recognized the power of yoga to both improve the lives of individuals and empower them to build a better society, and we feel that having much of our content accessible to everyone is an important element.

We honor what yoga is really about and recognize its potential to help a wide variety of people in a wide variety of ways. We care about the welfare of all and we want to be able to provide you with instruction and guidance that will help you feel better, have more energy and live with more joy.
Our Free Content Really Is Free
Almost half of our content is free – no gimmicks. You don’t even need to create an account to access it. That way there’s no need to sacrifice anything to try us out. To use our site for free, you can choose to come and go as an unregistered user or sign up for our free community membership, which allows you to comment on the site and contribute to our forum.
HATHA YOGA

ASHTANGA YOGA
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga as exercise created by K. Pattabhi Jois during the 20th century, often promoted as a modern-day form of classical Indian yoga.He claimed to have learnt the system from his teacher, Tirumalai Krishnamacharya.
POWER YOGA
Power yoga is a general term used to describe a vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga. Power yoga incorporates the athleticism of Ashtanga, including lots of vinyasas (series of poses done in sequence) but gives each teacher flexibility to teach poses

Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy is a type of therapy that uses yoga postures, breathing exercises, meditation, and guided imagery to improve mental and physical health. The holistic focus of yoga therapy encourages the integration of mind, body, and spirit.

Pranayam
Pranayam is the practice of breath control in yoga. In modern yoga as exercise, it consists of synchronising the breath with movements between asanas, but is also a distinct breathing exercise on its own, usually practised after asanas

Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
